A set of photographs showing Edward VIII appearing to give a Nazi salute in Germany in 1937 is to auction.
The lot will cross the block at Morgan Evans & Co in Anglesey, UK on July 30.

The photographs were taken on a state visit by Edward and Wallis Simpson. The couple toured a mine and met with Hitler.
Edward was a famous Nazi sympathiser. The photographs are coming to auction following the recent release of a photograph showing Edward and a young Queen Elizabeth performing a Nazi salute.
Auctioneer Simon Bower told the Welsh Daily Post: "It's pure coincidence. It happened to come at the same time as the other story broke.
"As far as I am aware it's a unique item. It's the Duke of Windsor with various dignitaries and they take him down the mine shaft. It was a typical 'PR' visit of the day.
"As an auctioneer it's strange one to put a value on - how long is a piece of string? I'm hedging around the £1,500-£2,500 [$2,342-3,904] mark but the market will decide."
The heightened public interest in this story could well see the photographs sell for significantly more.
