A Golden Jubilee-themed birthday book that was personally owned and used by Queen Victoria has sold at Cooper Owen's March 21 Music & Movie Legends in the UK.

The 1887 book sold for £3,000 ($4,945) and is marked with the names of Queen Victoria's closest friends. With a quotation for each given day, it is a charming collectible from the iconic monarch, bound in green with gold embossed lettering.
Also selling were a pair of Queen Victoria's ivory silk slippers, inscribed "Worn by Her Majesty March 1847". Said to be identical to those worn at her wedding, the slippers were made by Gundry & Son and sold for £2,000 ($3,296).
