WineBid.com is hosting an online auction dedicated to Sine Qua Non's Rhone-style wine.
|
Bidders have until May 25 to secure the rare California cult bottles, which are led by a 32-bottle mixed lot of Syrah and Grenache wines that includes every vintage produced between 1994 and 2006, as well as the 1992. Bidding starts at $30,000.
Each of the bottles features a unique label designed by Manfred Krankl, who owns the estate in Ventura County, California. The extremely limited wines were originally produced for Krankl's famed LA restaurant Campanile, but have since received international acclaim from the likes of critic Robert Parker.
