A very fine imperforate top marginal imprimatur from the first approved printing sheet.
Very scarce, being one of only 24 possible examples, many of which are in institutional collections.
The 1 shilling value was introduced to replace the Embossed issue. The imprimatur sheet from Plate 1 has no corner letters and was printed in bright green on thick, highly surfaced, deeply blued paper.
